Personalised garments might take 5-7 business days to be processed and despatched.
We do not accept return on personalised garment unless it is faulty/damaged.

Delivery

Free standard shipping Australia wide on all orders over $149.99.
Flat rate Australia wide standard shipping of $14.99 - Shipping Time estimated 5-10 business days.
Flat rate Australia wide express shipping of $25 - Shipping Time estimated 3-4 business days.
Flat rate shipping of $45 for international orders (excluding customs duties and tax).
Please note that we cannot deliver internationally to PO boxes.
International orders are dispatched via DHL couriers and may incur additional taxes/duties payable by the receiver.
Deliveries of large/bulky orders may incur additional charges.

Returns

You can exchange or refund a product purchased in-store or online for any reason within 14 days. Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all tags, labels and stickers still attached. Items being returned after 14 days and up to 30 days of invoice date will be offered exchange only.
Please note that all return requests must be submitted to and approved by our Customer Service Team before any items are returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept unauthorised returns. Any items returned without prior approval may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
This 30-day return period does not apply to gift cards, clearance products, water bottles, underwear, socks, dog toys, dog jumpers that have been worn, or heat-pressed personalised items with applied numbers, unless they are faulty.
Proof of purchase (tax invoice/purchase receipt) is required for any exchange/return/refund.
