Relocation Delivery Timeline
Please note we are relocating our warehouse and during this period extended delivery time applies. Please expect parcels to be delivered within 15-21 business days. Express post deliveries will not be applicable in this period. Business as usual in the stores.
Where applicable, freight will be charged at the following rates and will be added to your shopping cart at the time of checkout.

Free freight offer for purchases over $150.00 is calculated on the cost of the goods only. Ie postage charges do not make up part of the $150.00.
Free freight offer is not applicable to Express Post or International deliveries.
** Deliveries of large/bulky orders may incur additional charges. We will contact you in such an event to discuss increased shipping costs.
*** Please note that each individual country has different customs and duty charges, it will be the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these charges. Goods will not be released by the carrier until the charges have been paid in full. It would be prudent to check with local authorities to ascertain the charges, or Google Duty Tax calculator for particular country. Deliveries of large/bulky orders may incur additional charges. We will contact you in such an event to discuss increased shipping costs.
We deliver products via our website worldwide. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about a special volume order.
All parcels are despatched from Melbourne, Australia.
We endeavour to despatch orders within two business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 5-7 working days within Australia and 10-15 working days internationally depending on the destination of the purchase. Express Post delivery is for despatch within 2-3 days. Follow the link to Australia Post's next day delivery zones.
For more urgent deliveries, email email@example.com and we will help you to make it happen.
We suggest delivery direct to your home or workplace as goods are required to be signed for. Delivery to a street address is preferable as most post office boxes are not sufficient in size to accommodate orders and/or the goods cannot be signed for.
In the event that our carrier is unsuccessful in delivering to you on more than one occasion, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. In the event that this occurs any additional freight charges will be incurred to resend your parcel.
Delivery lead times are estimated as accurately as possible. We will not be held liable for third party delays including but not limited to carrier delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods, country’s customers (export/import) clearance requirements etc. No compensation will be paid in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded.
Goods delivered within Australia will be sent via eParcel. You will receive an email to confirm your goods have been despatched and parcel tracking information so you can check your parcels whereabouts.
Goods delivered internationally will be sent via DHL. You will receive an email to confirm your goods have been despatched and parcel tracking information so you can check your parcels whereabouts.

All prices on the AFL Stores Online website are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD). Only Australian delivered orders are subject to the GST and all international orders will be processed exclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
The purchase price of each product is shown on the product page on the website at the time you place your order. The purchase price of a product on the website may not be the same or correspond to the prices in any of our stores for the same product.
You understand that we are not required or obliged to match any prices for any products, including matching any prices for a product that is available through the website at our store or vice versa.
Prices and GST are subject to change.
Please note that your payment will be processed through a secure site (128-bit SSL encryption) and will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation.
All International orders are charged in Australian dollars with the exchange rate being determined at the time of the credit card authorisation.
Prices listed at the time of checking out include GST, as is required by Australian law. Purchases delivered internationally are not subject to GST.
Credit card payments will be processed in the name of AFL Stores Online Pty Ltd.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is important to us; if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily exchange or issue a credit note to the amount of the returned items, however you must contact us within fourteen days of the receipt of your order.
All items returned for exchange or a credit note must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, in the original packaging, labels intact and the item unused and unworn. Returns and exchanges must be mailed at your expense to 800 Wellington Road, Rowville, Victoria, Australia 3178 via registered post. We cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Credit notes or exchanges will only be given on the item value; delivery charges are not refundable. An additional delivery cost may be charged for exchanged items.
Please choose your Guernsey and number carefully as no exchange will be offered on products that have had numbers pressed onto them.
Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample, image or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase– e.g. your receipt
You must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
If your order has not been despatched we shall gladly cancel and refund your order.
If your order has been despatched you will be responsible for expense of its return, and all items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sent, in the original packaging, labels intact and the item unused and unworn. Upon receipt of the returned items, we shall refund your order. We reserve the right to refuse items which are not returned in a good condition and we will not refund any item that has been damaged, worn, washed or had the labels removed.
Loss or damage in transit
The AFL Stores Online use reliable mailing services, however mishaps do occur. All items are checked thoroughly before packaging with care. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly by email or phone so we can discuss the issue.
The AFL Stores Online will not be held accountable for items that are damaged or lost during transit and no refunds or credit notes will be provided for items which are lost or damaged in transit. For this reason, we use delivery processes that are traceable.
Should an item fall below The AFL Stores Online's high standards, kindly contact us via email or phone within fourteen days of the receipt of your goods to arrange an exchange or refund per our Refund Policy.
Proof of purchase and a description of the problem will be required.

All goods are sent with the greatest care. The AFL Stores Online is not liable for any damage that is caused during the delivery process. Any claims must be followed up through the relevant carrier and we will be happy to assist you in the unlikely event.
Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. The Gift Voucher is partially redeemable and can be used over multiple purchases. Gift Vouchers will automatically expire 12 months from the issue date. Any unused amount after the expiry of the voucher will not be refunded or credited. The Gift Voucher can only be redeemed on the AFL Store Online (www.theaflstore.com.au) and is not valid at AFL Stores or AFL Clubs. Likewise store issued Gift Vouchers cannot be used on the AFL Store Online.
